The CIML will hold its 46th Meeting in Prague, Czech Republic, from Tuesday 11 (afternoon) to Friday 14 October 2011 (morning). It will be preceded by an OIML Seminar (Conformity to Type) on Monday 10 October 2011.

During the CIML Meeting, a RLMO Round Table will be organized on Tuesday 11 October 2011 in the morning.

We invite you to be ready to take the floor during the CIML Meeting.

As you know, it is essential that the Committee has sufficient voting Members for a quorum. Therefore:

• if you are personally unable to attend this meeting, please advise the BIML Director of the name of the individual in your Delegation you are designating to vote on behalf of your country;
• if you anticipate that you or your Delegation may be absent during any of the CIML Meeting sessions, please give a proxy to another CIML Member when registering online.

The BIML has prepared this web site for the Prague meetings; it provides detailed information about the CIML Meeting. Registration for attendance will again this year be online via this web site. The deadline for registering is 30 June 2011; if you are unable to register via the web site, please contact the BIML and alternative arrangements will be made.

Lastly, obtaining a visa may be a lengthy process so we urge you to make your application as soon as possible.
